60% Shiraz 40% Cabernet

60 year old single vineyard shiraz vines grown in the deep sands of Vine Vale in the Barossa Valley. While the Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in our homestead vineyard in Bethany. Soft well balanced, rich blueberry fruits, eucalyptus tones and tannins.
